Shipping policy

Domestic USA we use USPS and we keep it simple with a flat rate of $5.50.

This covers shipping, the packaging and the handling.

For US Customers we do offer FREE shipping on orders over $65.

Canada - First off, we apologize for the inconvenience of the pricing.  We've set up a variety of shipping options to choose from which, the carrier sets the price for not us.  There is a discount applied on the rates.  This discount fluctuates based on location and we do not apply any additional fees.

All of our hats are on a Made to Order basis unless otherwise posted as a Pre-Made Hat.  So we ask that you allow us 3 business days for the Preparation and Sewing of your custom hat.  We take great care in this process which is why we ask for this amount of time.
